After a few weeks of concerted effort, the John Muir Trail coffee table book is complete. I got the first few copies a couple of days ago and it has come out well.
The book is free to read online: https://anands.photography/book/john-muir-trail/, readers of this newsletter would be familiar with the content. It is assembling my writings about the trail and presenting it with photographs and maps (all assembled from my GPS data generated by Garmin and Apple Watch).
If you buy the coffee table book (from the same link above), all profits are donated to Inyo County SAR. So far, I have raised $355 (half from the sale of the books and half through a generous employer matching grant).
